If you park like an asshole in the District (take up two spots, park at odd angles blocking traffic, double park) I am going to start putting these flyers on your windshield for the rest of the world to see:
I PARK LIKE AN ASSHOLE
Then, maybe, next time you won't park like an asshole. I think it'll catch on.

That is an awesome idea, you should do it on bright yellow paper. And just always have some in your bag.
